NDIS therapy that doesn’t feel like a disability service.
Our clinic isn’t NDIS-only or NDIS-branded — it’s an allied health clinic that happens to be good at NDIS. Your child, or you, sit in the same waiting room as the 34-year-old with an MHCP and the 68-year-old with a Care Plan. Same team, same standard.
How we work with NDIS participants
You keep the same clinician for the length of your goal.
Not a rotating roster. If your child works with our speech pathologist for eight months, that same person is in the room for month one and month eight — and for the plan-review report.
Reports for plan reviews are included in your session hours.
We don’t charge a separate line item for “report writing” that eats your budget. Reports are written in plain words the family can read — and the NDIA can too.
We invoice your Plan Manager (or you, if self-managed) at or under the NDIS price cap.
Rate confirmed in your service agreement before your first appointment. No surprise line items.
However your plan is managed
You hold the funds
You receive NDIS funds directly, agree a service agreement with us, pay our invoices, and claim them back via the NDIS portal. We can charge above the NDIS cap only with your agreement — we don’t.
Your Plan Manager holds the funds
We invoice them directly. They pay us. You don’t touch the paperwork. Rate at or under the NDIS cap.
The NDIA holds the funds

Support Coordinators
Send referrals to info@circlewell.com.au with the participant’s plan reference and the disciplines needed. We acknowledge every referral within two business days — matched to a clinician, first appointment offered, timeline for the first report. Sample reports available on request.
See the Support Coordinator page →NDIS questions
[VERIFY — TBC until founder decides.] Draft: We are (or “we are not”) an NDIS-registered provider. This means we can (or cannot) see agency-managed participants. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants regardless.
At or under the current NDIS price cap for the relevant discipline. [VERIFY — quote actual figures per discipline (Psychology, OT, Speech, Physio) after checking the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements, updated annually 1 July.]
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, we may charge the session in accordance with the NDIS pricing rules. If life happens inside 24 hours, tell us — we’re reasonable people.
Yes. Included in your session hours — no separate billing. We write them in plain words that you, your Support Coordinator, and the NDIA can all read.
We’ll tell you before we commit to a session schedule. If your plan needs a rebuild before it can support ongoing therapy, we’ll say so and support your Support Coordinator to make the case.
Yes. Tell us — or tell your Support Coordinator. No hard feelings. We’ll try to match you to a different person on our team, or help you find another provider if we’re not the right clinic.
Ready when you are.
Book a time — or send us your plan details and we’ll get back to you within two business days.
