How to refer

Refer the piece you need covered.

Email info@circlewell.com.au with the client’s details (with their consent), the discipline needed, and what you’d like back — a one-off assessment, a block of sessions, or shared ongoing care.

We confirm scope within two business days.

Who we’ve matched them to, availability, and — explicitly — what we will and won’t take on. Your client, your relationship: we treat the referred piece only.

Warm handback when the piece is done.

A closing summary to you, a clear handover conversation if useful, and the client goes back to you. We don’t cross-sell our other disciplines to your clients.
