You’ve been meaning to do something about it. This is that.
Psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and physiotherapy for adults — in our Strathfield South clinic or by telehealth. Same clinician for the length of the goal. No waitlist theatre. No repeated stories.
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need a crisis. Most people who book with us aren’t in crisis — they’re just done waiting to see if it passes.
Something’s been off for a while.
Sleep. Mood. Motivation. That low-grade sense of just carrying too much. You’ve been meaning to see someone.
Something specific has happened.
Grief. A relationship ending. A change at work. An injury that’s turning into something more.
Your body is telling you.
Pain that isn’t shifting. A movement that used to be easy that isn’t. Something after surgery or an accident that needs proper attention.
What being an adult client here actually looks like
Sessions are 50 minutes. You come to Strathfield South, or you dial in from your couch. Your clinician has read what you wrote before you sit down, so you don’t spend the first ten minutes re-narrating your life. If something in your body brings you to physio and something in your head surfaces along the way — the psychologist you see next already knows.
We work under Medicare Mental Health Care Plans, Chronic Disease Management referrals, private health extras with HICAPS, DVA Gold and White cards, NSW WorkCover, and self-funded. We tell you the gap before the session, in plain words. If your cover doesn’t stack up, we’ll say so.
We’re not an EAP contractor unless we’ve said so specifically. If your workplace offers EAP counselling and you’d like to use it with one of our psychologists, mention it when you book and we’ll check whether we’re on that program’s network.

You tell your story once
Whatever you write at intake becomes your file. Everyone on your team reads it before they meet you — you don’t re-explain yourself in every room.
Same clinician for the length of the goal
No rotating roster. The person who starts with you finishes with you — and if a second clinician joins in, they’ve already read your file.
We’ll tell you if it’s not working
If we don’t think we’re the right fit, or the right discipline, we’ll say so — and help you find who is.
Funding for adult sessions
With a GP referral, up to 10 sessions per calendar year rebated. [VERIFY] current cap.

Fee stated up front.
Adult questions
No. A referral (MHCP or CDM) changes what Medicare covers, but you can book directly for any discipline.
Depends on your funding stream. With Medicare MHCP, most adults pay a gap of around $[TBD] per session. [VERIFY gap fee before publishing.] With private health extras, it varies. We’ll tell you your actual number before your first session.
That’s normal. Most people who book with us are first-timers. There’s nothing you need to prepare — just come.
Yes. From anywhere in Australia. First-session no-show rates are slightly higher for telehealth than in-clinic, so we default to in-clinic for your first session and one-tap switch to telehealth if you’d prefer.
We work with NSW WorkCover (icare/SIRA) and CTP. Have your claim number ready when you call.
