Care that respects the whole person.
Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and psychology for older adults — coordinated by one team, in our Strathfield South clinic or by telehealth. You see the same clinician each visit, and the people working with you actually talk to each other.
Prefer to ring? 1300 615 193 — a person answers, not a menu.
Staying steady matters more lately.
Balance, strength, confidence on stairs and footpaths. You’d like to keep doing the things you do — with a plan that respects how you actually live.
Something changed after a hospital stay.
Surgery, a fall, a stroke, an illness. The discharge summary says “allied health follow-up” and you’d like one place that handles all of it.
You’re helping a parent.
You’ve noticed changes — mobility, memory of words, mood, eating. You’d like a team that talks to you as well as to them, with their consent, without talking over them.
What being a client here looks like
You see the same clinician each visit — not whoever is rostered on. If your physiotherapist and your speech pathologist are both working with you after a stroke, they work from one file and consult each other by default. You never carry messages between rooms.
Reports are written once, in plain words. You, your GP, your specialist, and your family (with your consent) all read the same document. Sessions run at your pace — nothing is rushed to fit a billing template. If you’d like a family member in the room or on the phone, just say so.
The clinic itself is set up for you: step-free entry, chairs with arms you can push up from, and parking on site so you can be dropped at the door. The clinic is on one level — there is no lift, so if stairs are a problem for you, tell us when you book and we will make sure your appointment is somewhere you can reach.

Common questions
Yes — in the room or on the phone, whichever helps. With your consent, we can also keep a family member updated between sessions. Nothing is shared without your say-so.
Tell us it’s a discharge follow-up when you ring and we’ll prioritise the first call. Bring your discharge summary — your clinician reads it before you arrive.
For some occupational therapy work — like assessing how your home is working for you — yes, depending on where you live. Ask us on the first call. [VERIFY home-visit availability]
Many of our older clients use it — if you can manage a video call with family, you can manage a session. If the technology fails mid-session, we ring you and finish by phone. In-clinic is always there too.
Usually Medicare CDM (via your GP), DVA if you hold a Gold or White Card, private health extras, or self-funded. If you’re under 65 with an NDIS plan, that works here too. Not sure? We’ll help you work it out at no cost before your first appointment.
